The Engineering
Securi‑LOK™
Interlocking System
A telescoping flagpole fails in one of two ways: a section drops, or the pole walks out of its sleeve. Securi‑LOK™ and Securi‑SHUR™ are the answers to each, and both are built into the pole rather than bolted on.

- 01
Extruded, not rolled
Each section is extruded from aircraft-grade aluminum to a consistent wall thickness, so the tube holds its round under load instead of ovalling at the seam.
- 02
Securi-LOK™ engages
Raising a section drives the interlocking sleeve into the section below it. The lock is mechanical and internal, so there is no external pin to shear, corrode or be removed from outside.
- 03
The mechanism is hidden
Because the sleeve sits inside the flagpole wall, there is nothing on the outside of the pole to tell a thief where the lock is or give them anything to grip.
- 04
Securi-SHUR™ holds the base
The base locking device secures the pole in its ground sleeve. If the pole is ever stolen while under warranty, we replace it.
