2. Product Warranty

Our Phoenix Telescoping Flagpole is backed by a Lifetime Warranty as specified on our Warranty Info page. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failure under standard conditions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States. While we strive for prompt delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Flagpoles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
